  • Remove the Original Insole

    Take out the stock insole from your sneaker. Just grab it by the heel
    and pull gently — no tools needed. This clears the way for your SoleKix
    to sit perfectly in place.

  • Trim if Needed

    If your size is below the max size of your SoleKix, use the cutting
    guides underneath to trim the insole. Follow the lines slowly with
    scissors — better to cut less first, then adjust. Once trimmed, slide
    the SoleKix in and check the fit.

  • Insert Your SoleKix

    Slide your SoleKix into the shoe, starting with the toe area. Make sure
    it sits flat and snug from front to back. Our shape is tailored to fit
    your Jordan 1, Dunk, or Air Ship — no trimming required.
