Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products through the website https://www.sole-kix.com, operated by Elastics Group SNC (IDE : CHE-384.366.721)
2. Order Process
No specific order process is outlined in this document. Customers are expected to follow the step-by-step instructions provided on our website during the checkout process.
3. Maximum Order Value
The maximum allowed order value is CHF 600.00 per customer. Orders exceeding this amount may require additional verification and confirmation from our team.
4. Order Confirmation and Acceptance
After placing an order, customers will receive an automatic acknowledgment by email. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of the order. An order is only considered accepted once the customer receives a confirmation email from Elastics Group SNC within 10 business days. The contract is formed only upon this acceptance.
5. Accuracy of Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order information provided—particularly for delivery purposes—is complete and accurate. Elastics Group SNC cannot be held liable for any delivery issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
6. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. No delivery will be made until payment has been received.
7. Delivery Policy
All products are shipped only after full payment is received. Therefore, there are no terms regarding payment deadlines or consequences of late payment within these conditions.
8. Invoicing
Invoices are issued electronically and sent as PDF attachments to the order dispatch confirmation email.
9. Ownership Transfer
Products become the property of the customer upon receipt of full payment. Elastics Group SNC retains no ownership rights once delivery has been completed.
10. Set-off and Right of Retention
Customers may only exercise a right of set-off if their claims are legally established, undisputed, or acknowledged by us. A right of retention may only be exercised if the counterclaim arises from the same contractual relationship.
