Right of Revocation
You, the Customer, are entitled to revoke your contract of purchase within 30 days of receiving the goods, without the need to provide any reasons for doing so as long as the product has not been worn. The revocation period is five days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods delivered. In the case of an order comprising multiple goods delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you acquire, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier acquires, possession of the last of the goods.
To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us, Elastics Group SNC, of your decision to revoke this contract by a clear statement sent via e-mail to support@sole-kix.com. You may use, but are not required to use, any specific form for this purpose.

Effects of Revocation
Upon the revocation of this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than 5 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to revoke this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us at the address provided above without undue delay and in any event not later than 5 days from the day on which you communicate your revocation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 5 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If you request an exchange, we will provide a pre-paid return label. If a refund is requested, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Additional Provisions
- Exchange: If you opt for an exchange rather than a refund, we will supply a pre-paid return label for the return of the goods.
- Refund: In the event of a refund, the responsibility for the return shipping lies with you, the customer.
This Return and Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service and is governed by the same laws and regulations. By agreeing to our Terms of Service, you also agree to this Return and Refund Policy.
